Closing this place is the best reward they will do to any guest

Relieved to check out! It's announced as a hotel, but it's closer to a public asylum

The room service only cleans the room on every three, if you ask. The internet is unstable, and I had to have meetings on mobile internet. However, nothing is more shamming than coming to the breakfast and having the crew take the plate from your hands and ask you to leave. The reason is that the breakfast on weekends is at 7:30, but on weekdays, it is at 6:30, and I was already serving myself after confirming the room number. All of this is to deny access to "fresh vegetables", as the chef collected them in a dumpster diving. Moreover, they are limiting bottles of water, even if its paid. It means you have to die of thirst because they want to rub on your face that the water is obviously extra charged. I preferred moving to a reputable hotel brand nearby instead of extending my stay.

The size of the room was good. The internet connection was fast. Breakfast was very good.

I requested double bed, but I had 2 single beds.

Room was beautiful, well renovated and clean. TV in the room. Breakfast was tasty, enough different options. Reception personal speak good English, friendly and helpful. Ordered dinner (room service) was delivered in 25 min and was really tasty. I know that it seems that negative comments are more than positive. But overall our stay was good enough. I definitely can recommend this hotell. But there is a room for improvement :)

There was only 1 towel in 2 person room. They clean rooms only every 3d day, you can request every day, but you have to call reception for that. When I called reception 3 times to get one more towel, they haven't answered. When I called restaurant to order food, they haven't answered either . I tried many times. Then I called reception, this time they have answered and took my order. It is written in the book (in the room) that you can get toothbrush, shaving kit etc, but you have to ask for it. There was only shower gel in the bathroom. When I went to the restaurant, they are supposed to take 50% price for the breakfast for kids, but they put full price. I said that actually it is supposed to be half a price and they fixed that, but I am not supposed to tell them that, they should know it themself. In the restaurant there was a problem with the card payment and it turned out that personal (breakfast) doesn't really speak basic English. Also ventilation in the room wasn't the best, we had to open window several times to get some air. Hair dryer worked for 3 min then stopped?

Disappointing

Most of the staff need to learn some manners and courtesy.

most of the staff were abrupt-unwilling to be helpful or polite and as for the dreadful woman at the spa one simple solution-sack her. I have never ever visited any hotel where the staff were so rude and unfriendly
