    Beautiful hotel in perfect condition but lacking a bit of hospitality.
    Beautiful building in the heart of the city. Location couldnt be any better. Very charming interior and nice rooms.
    Staff was a bit cold and didnt make us feel welcome.

    We loved the room! Very spacious and romantic, really suited the area! Location was perfect, couldn't have been happier! Great facilities also and loved the biscuits to go with the tea.

    The location was amazing! The room was big and very comfortable!
    The windows were not isolated and you could hear every noise outside! The room was too hot and it was impossible to switch off the heating!

    Very close to piazza Bra and the coliseum.
    Location, ambiance, breakfast, room and restaurant. All excellent. Very pleased. Misplaced my phone and staff very willing to help me find it.

    Great location but make sure you get a big room !
    Breakfast was brilliant. The staff were great .
    The bed was too big for the room . We couldnt manoeuvre around it . No space . We couldnt open the drawers in the cupboard because they banged into the bed .The same with the chair for the desk. The shower was the worst ever no space to move.No water pressure or temperature control..
