    Location was perfect. If you need a place to get to the main street fast, this is your choice.
    It smelled a bit. Not too much, but it still was disturbing.

    The hotel is close to the ADO bus terminal and to the main touristic center in Playa del Carmen. It's a nice place and comfortable to spend a few nights there. It's also quite close to the less touristic restaurants and bars. A nice beach is just few minutes on foot. Though be prepared for a longer walk to nicer and less crowded beaches.
    Room was a bit dark, but that was not a big issue.
