    Facilities and common areas were good. Nice beds to lounge next to the pool.
    Unfortunately our experience of our stay was dampened by the last morning. The morning staff were completely incompetent and nonresponsive. Both my partner and I individually asked for a taxi at 12:30 to make our 1 pm ferry both in person and we weren't able to get one until 12:45 and almost missed our ferry. The morning before, I also had a bad experience with whoever was working at reception. I texted ahead of time to borrow a bike as it was time sensitive and she stopped responding halfway through the interaction - when I came down, she was unable to find the necessary forms for the bike. Management really needs to retrain their morning staff. This was a really unfortunate last experience of the hotel because we had a wonderful experience with one of the ladies working the night shift - I think her name started with an 'M'. She was super responsive and helpful with what we needed. Other than that, the common facilities were really nice - the pool area, etc. , the rooms were just okay.

    Perfectly lovely for what we needed, great staff, downstairs theres a cute little restaurant and its about a 5 min walk to the main husstle and bustle of the town and maybe 10 mins to the beach.
    It says breakfast included - this is quite basic (a banana and a coffee from a machine)

    Location was good. Bathroom amenities were good too. Good television and channels.
    Not cleanest of rooms. Hairs found and shower was grubby. No headboard for beds. Hard mattress. Towels and sheets were stained.

    A very nice little hotel for a vacation stay if you are on a budget & dont like the cattle market type treatment of
    It was reasonably priced. I did not want a resort as I was there for Scuba Diving. The Boutique Italian/Pizza Restaurant is very good although a little overpriced. The Rooftop Bar, Patio & Pool is very nice. I had 2 days on Holbox with just day luggage. They held my main heavier baggage securely until I got back for the rest of the stay. The bathroom in the rooms is nice & modern for a reasonably priced property. I enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff making it a nice place to stay. The mini-bar prices are very reasonable for a hotel in the rooms.
    There is no table or chairs on the balconies. That is a big let down on a vacation when wanting to sit & chill on an evening. No fridge on the rooftop, so to have a beer it needs to be kept in the room fridge & hence have beer on the balcony is a better option. The Pizza Restaurant is overpriced, although very good pizzas. There isnt a lot of storage facilities within the rooms. That needs to be improved in my opinion, but not a showstopper type item.

    I only stayed a short time but was very comfortable. They give you a beach club pass. Very friendly front desk staff, they even received a package for me at reception.
