    Very nice hotel with old world charm. Large rooms and beautiful old staircase. Staff very helpful. Hotel is located more in the business/shopping area but very close to the old town and Palaces. Bed is comfortable but firm.

    Gorgeous, period details, enormous bathroom, lovely breakfast room with wonderful food selections, mesmerizing staircase, super comfortable bed and linens. Attentive room staff. Front desk reception seemed somewhat overly busy and not well-organized, though.

    Very nice hotel with charme of another era, fabulous stairwell, excellently situated in city center, everything is close, each time we go to Genoa, we stay at Bristol Palace which makes the stay all the more pleasantBristol P
    Breakfast can be improved: grilled vegetables were frozen, local touch is missing, Italy has great local cheeses and charcuterie, fresh made omelette always better than a big pan of scrambled eggs, closing breakfast with some sparkling wine is always great
