    The women who run this hotel are wonderful. They go out of their way to help you. They are friendly and really very competent. The cafe is open 24 hours a day and is really a bonus. The location was walkable to everywhere.

    The location was good. 24hour bar/cafe was a good plus to always be able to get something. Room was good size . Clean towels and sheets everyday.
    The heating did not work even though I kept increasing the temperature... The blankets were very very old!

    Overall, it was a nice trip.
    it is close to the math department and also to the river, and in particular, it is 20 minutes away from train station. moreover, restaurants we went were just in front of the hotel. Also it seems to me that the hotel is trying to keep their furniture as it is for many years.
    unfortunately, breakfast was not included in the hotel room price, so i had to do it somewhere else. Room was relatively small (compared to the one which i stayed last time), especially, because of my long legs, i suffered in the bathroom (toilet was very close to the bath cabin).

    Front of house Staff were helpful - great location.
    I inadvertently booked an extra (3rd) night. When I sought management consideration my cancellation was charged at full price. It was an expensive mistake on my part and within the rules of the booking- however, I would have made our stay something I might have returned to when we come back next year. The manager woman was very uncooperative in consideration of my mistake. No doubt she planned to double up on the room as we could not stay. She cost the hotel a lot of goodwill.

    Hotel Verdi has a good location at the historic city center, 15min walk to Torre Pisa and about 20min walk to the Central Station. Our triple room was at the first floor and we use the elevator. Room was clean and the double bed was comfortable. Wifi was ok. In the bathroom was included a bidet, hairdryer, liquid cleaner (hand, body, hair) and of corse towels for each person. Breakfast (not included in price of room) was open from 6 am in the bar and prices were normal. Staff was super friendly.
    The sofa(notsofa)bed had an uncomfortable mattress. Air conditioner was not editable for the temperature but only for the fan speed. Shower was small (for one person). The water discharger in bath was high in the wall and a bit strong to push. My son (6 years) couldnt use it.
