    very central but facilities are basic. the parking space is not guaranteed
    The Hotel is very central and Ines at reception is kind and available.
    Facilities are very basic and there is no lift. the biggest disappointment was the parking space. we booked this hotel because of the parking facilities. the hotel guests can park at a nearby location at a discounted price (1 euro per hour). when we arrived we discovered that the parking space was closed (parking owner's decision) and the hotel did not inform us. we ended up parking at another location paying almost four times as much (3.5 euros per hour).

    Excellent property at the mouth of the Pisa entrance. Pleasing and extremely helpful reception. Room was spacious and appealing.

    OK for one night.
    Staff met us at the location and showed us the room which is in an apartment building. Communication with staff worked well. Room was spacious and clean. Area feels safe. We parked in the street right outside. A few minutes walk to the Pisa tower.
    Few power outlets, and barely any hooks or places to unpack the bag. No fridge.

    Very satisfied with this hotel, I would come back :)
    Very friendly receptionists, nice decorated hotel. and the location was perfect, 1 min. walk from the Pisa Tower.
    The hot water took a long time to come out from the shower, but not a big deal.

    Lovely friendly host and the room was comfortable and spacious. Happy to help with taxi booking and left luggage.
    The room provided was in a separate building to the main hotel, further from the city centre and a bit difficult to find.

    The room was a lovely size, it was very basic and comfatable.
    The parking was an issue, very confusing and awkward in the fact the car had to be left in the sister car park and we had to pay the full amount if the car was then taken out for visiting other areas.

    Excellent location just outside the walls to the Cathedral Square & lovely, helpful staff.
    The lighting in the bathroom. We had the bigger ground floor disability room. It was a little dark & sometimes we smelt dampness when we walked in.
