    they had hot water, bathroom had good size, bedroom size was good, bed and matress was ok, good location
    The price of the room was too high compare to the facility provided. Room was dirty, floor was full of dust, bathroom accessories were too old. shower was almost falling down, curtain was old and needs major maintenance

    Liked the on time room service and food quality was good for its price. The bed was quite comfortable and the staff was kind.
    The facilities were lacking behind on modern hotel facilities especially for the price compared to other hotels in the state. The cleaning was not ok since I received a used unclean towel

    The Dinner options were good, however breakfast options were poor. The quality of food served during breakfast was also poor. There was no buffet breakfast available.
    Overall cleanliness of the room was poor. The sheets were really old and looked worn down. The bathrooms were just passable but much below an expected 4 star standard.

    Room size, hotel location in trichur
    No/minimal hot water, a bit of rubbish ( pack of chips) under the bed, no English tv channels
