    10/10. What an amazing hotel. The best staff and management Ive even experienced- well done
    Everything, the staff were outstanding, the pools lovely, the food so good, lovely rooms, nice mattresses, I could go on
    Maybe to have a slightly bigger gym, but it wasnt ever full, so it was fine.

    I dont think Ill stay here next time, its a large hotel & dining halls etc are large and lacking in atmosphere du
    Some staff were amazing. Very stylish hotel. Good views from parts of the hotel.
    Emailed with my room request etc in advance and it didnt happen No daily yoga classes, not enough daily events, made a long stay there feel eventually boring Some hotel policies were not followed (such as Riu policy on removing towels from loungers when other guests made efforts to reserve their loungers). Evening entertainment was very average Caters to mostly older germans, some of whom are very unpleasant.

    Service from every member of staff was outstanding. They were super-helpful at reception as well as in the bar or restaurants. The food was extremely high standard too.
    The Oasis restaurant was good but service was rushed to get it over as quick as possible. Give us a little more time in future.

    Had an awesome stay at the hotel!
    The place was spotless, and the sea view was top-notch. The hotel's adults-only setting created a relaxing vibe, perfect for a enjoyable stay. Bonus points for getting to enjoy the pool and showers after checking out that was the icing on the cake. Definitely suggest going for the sea view rooms!
    There were no drinks, not even water, available for dinner (you could buy). I think a buffet dinner experience should include beverages, and this aspect was disappointing.

    Good & with a few small changes excellent
    Great location, fantastic rooms & very good pool area. Lots of sun beds available. The food was great & the staff very friendly. Location very good & a short walk into Playa Del Ingles.
    For a 5 star hotel to charge 25 for the use of your room safe is really not a good first impression- this should be included. Toiletries in the bathrooms could be better quality.

    Hugely disappointing. 3 stars at best. Overpriced
    The only thing going for this hotel is the view overlooking the dunes. Otherwise, this is an overrated hotel that does not deserve a 5 star rating.
    Everything about this hotel was below expectations, starting with the decoration, the lobby, the corridors, the room which has zero charm and personality, the bathroom with its basic elements, an industrial shampoo/shower dispenser, the finishing, the building materials and lack of decor, the industrial dining area akin to a mass catering facility, the crowded pool area and the total lack of personality. Absolutely not worth the price and certainly not worthy of 5 stars. At best, a 3 star with a view

    Clean, good location near by Maspalomas dunes, excellent food
    Internet could be better, we couldnt succeed to get more than one device connected
