Cheaper than the Palm but a very 4 star average experience

The location is excellent, away from Playa del Ingles and a more exclusive area. The bedroom and bathroom were modern and comfortable, as was the balcony. The hotel looked very nice all lit up for Xmas.

Don't go there for the food or the swimming pools at Xmas. The food was very generic and really average or below. The swimming pools were quite cold at Xmas. The spa was just a very small indoor pool - not a spa.

Top-notch place to stay when in Maspalomas

Amazing hotel with professional and kind staff. All people from the personnel are really helpful and accommodating. Rooms are cleaned two times a day. Outstanding pools, and gardens. There are several restaurants, children's corner, bars, life music. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Close nearby are the amazing dunes and the old lighthouse. Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

The interior design and the gardens are something unique!

Be carefull when doing the reservation. By the default, they will give you one of the rooms looking to parking which definetely are not so nice

The food and Dining facilities were great. The access to the beach was good, but having it restricted to 10PM was very awkward, as it meant a walk along a poorly lit, and very quiet street from the main shopping/Bar and restaurant district.

Location and restrictions on evening access to the beach and promenade areas. Very poor access to our bedroom, via two flights of stairs, which did not suit my wifes disability.
