Staff were always helpful. The location is just 30 minutes away from the centre. The room was large and clean.

Very good

The staff was exceptional and helpful. The hotel position is perfect for those who want to be far from the cause of the city and close to metro stations. The neighborhood is absolutely safe. Our room was in 3th floor and not facing to main street which was a plus and no street noise.

Lack of ventilation system in the room especially in the bathroom.(air-conditioning was ok with acceptable temperature, however we couldn't change the temperature)

It was a thoughtful gesture to offer a welcoming drink of choice to all guests. The location of the place was very nice and peaceful, and the receptionist was extremely helpful in providing us with dining options and convenient means of transport. The receptionist was very cooperative giving us options on the dining places as well as convenient means of transport to use.
