    Very convenient location
    Staff was not cooperative at all. We were a group of 4 ladies and a child.and had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. We were made to pay the entire hotel charges right before checking in . Also rooms were not cleaned and no complimentary water bottles were kept. Power went on getting interrupted repeatedly and they were stingy with toilet tissue rolls too. When we asked for mineral water , they said that water will be provided at 9 am the next day during room cleaning and if needed before that , would be charged. The swimming pool was not cleaned for ages and was good enough for breeding mosquitoes only.

    The staff were curt, the facility was shady and not at all like how i expected and hoped it would be. I have been on Booking.com for a long time but this is the first time i had this experience. The photos are misleading and absolutely not the same, location was bad, in kind of a neighborhood which looked like there was a car parking lot. Absolutely very very disappointed with the whole experience
