    The location, the building, the rooms are great. The staff during breakfast were very helpful. Room is very comfortable.
    The front desk staff , especially dyeing check out is very slow and ignorant. Shw told me to wait for 5.minutes because someone ahould check my room before check out, asking mw to sit down and will call me after ita finished. However ahw didnt return to me, and only after 10.minutes I went back to front desk asking whats going on. She said oh you are donw and can leave. If I didnt go to front desk again,.maybe i should wait till noon timw for nothing. They also didnt give me a formal receipt.

    I did not feel Indonesian spirit, but I dont know maybe given that Surabaya is a big city, this is normal. Stance habit we noticed: they dont provide you with hand towels but just shower ones.

    Elevator is not balance with the rooms number. Probably because during our stay there was wedding held in the hotel.

    Great location and very comfortable rooms
    Very welcoming staff, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is close to the main train station and there are enough warungs/restaurants around. Breakfast was good, as well as the cafe in the lobby.
    The gym was small, only had light weights, and had no airconditioning, so in the end we couldn't use it.
