Nice place crappy management

I liked the property and the set up downstairs , and the patio on the first floor was great for our service dogs.

I didnt like the fact we were accused of smoking in the room when we never smoked in the room. I felt harassed and belittled by management. They threatened to charge a fee for something we didnt even do, and we were double questioned about our service dogs. The facility was nice the management sucked. I wouldnt visit there again.

One staff member was rude. Went to get the breakfast. Staff member cut in front of my wife for coffee knowing we were in line. When told about it he says something in another language and walked off all mad. Felt like when asked front desk for help after that they were just all rude. Went to ask front desk something and the guy that cut in front of us just gave me one of the dirtiest looks ive ever gotten, turned around and went to the back room without saying anything and it took 3 to 5 min of me standing there for anyone else to finally come out. The staff could have been better, maybe they were having a bad day. But no need to make the guest feel unwanted. Will not be going back. GREAT LOCATION.
