Thankfully on,y one night

It had a nice location beside the river, the rooms were spacious.

Our room was at the front, it was very noisy with racing cars and bikes all night. I also thought the room needed a makeover, dingy carpet, chipped furniture, old fashioned and a feeling of being quite grubby. Not great value for money.

A place of Inconsistencies an Unscrupulous

This hotel is inconsistent. Stayed for 7 days. And if I hadn't paid in advance I would of checked out on day 2. The meals was one day fantastic the next very mediocre. Housekeeping was great 2 days didn't clean my room at all another day. I wonder how they consider this hotel as a luxury hotel. Boggles the imagination. The hotel implied because of the multiple bad services an other items they were going to remove the $700.00 in resort fees. What they actually did was let it drop off my credit card an then charged me again after I checked out. Totally a unscrupulous hotel. I'm surprised Sheraton would associate with such a hotels. They have Totally turned me off to the Sheraton name. From now on if it says Sheraton it represents the worst in a hotel.

Great location but else lots of work needed to get back to par with other hotels in the area

Location.

Room condition. A/C heat didn't work properly, freezing room initially, but someone came and fixed it promptly. However fixing it led to condensation and a wet carpet in the room. Hot water and water pressure in the shower was poor. Felt like the room was falling apart.

The staff The room was mildew and dinghy The heat didn't come on so it was freezing in the room Bathroom tub was dirty this was the worst hotel ever. Complained and they didn't accommodate Told us we can just leave Over charged for valet 160 for 2 days
