    Amazing view to the lake and very convenient location with nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast room is also very beautiful and good options.
    We have one singer person room, it's really nice and cozy, but it doesn't smell fresh. Not sure if it's because not often used. Windows are a bit old, it's not very sound proof. Below the hotel it's a busy road by the lake.

    Amazing location right on the waterfront. Very nice views from the roof top terrace. Spacious and comfortable rooms
    The soundproofing of the rooms could be better. We could hear water running when the guests next door showered or flushed the toilet. The breakfast that was offered could also be better. A very limited selection.

    Perfect location, lovely and helpful staff, clean room
    I acccidentally booked the wrong room and they were fully booked when we noticed but it was no problem at all and the staff solved it within a splitsecond. Really nice view, super friendly staff and clean room
    the fridge got a little loud randomly at night once

    Spacious environment all maintained every details. Great thick towels and toilet paper ( details but make us happy), bath tub, and more than anything, great view from the window. All staffs are friendly, reliable and helpful.

    Fabulous location, location, did I mention the location?
    LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Easy access to everything, fabulous views from the balcony. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We appreciated the room. Enjoyed the decor & beauty of the artwork around the hotel. Most of the staff were excellent with people. We were able to do alot in our 2 days in beautiful Lugano! (A fabulous Boat ride, funicular, delicious meals, & unexpectedly; we enjoyed a parade from our balcony!) I want to return! Thank you!
    My ONLY disappoinment was that the side of the bed closest to the bathroom had a bit of a saggy mattress, so I woke up with a sore back. We were on the 2nd floor, in the room directly in front of the elevator.
