    The rooms and bathrooms seemed a bit dated.

    The stay was fine the room was dated -
    hated the pool area could be so much nicer.

    Just okay.
    Location was the only thing that we liked about this hotel.
    There was no room service available Hospitality service was too early and if you are still in the room, they never come to clean after you leave, despite of our request that room needs to be cleaned. Cleaning lady didnt speak English.

    Beds were very comfortable and the conference room and setup was nice, would stay here again.
    Valet and shuttle services were awesome, friendly and felt very safe using the service.
    Didnt get to explore much, a little outdated check in area but really nothing to complain about.

    It was a nice property
    The restaurant and bar staff need a lot of more training or more help. They are running around like chickens with no heads. And the manager from bar is no help whats so ever. I dislike to sit at a table and wait over 30-40 mins to get help or have to go ask a staff member for help. That is unacceptable. They need more structure in that area.
