    Reception was friendly and approachable. The location is fantastic.
    Stayed during winter.. the room was cold as the heater was not sufficient.. we were given the room at the basement level so there was no nice view or balcony as shown in the photos.

    Highly recommended, clean, central with amazing staff.
    Location was perfect, in the middle of Christmas celebrations. Staff were amazing, helpful and supportive.

    It was a pleasant stay yet paid much too much for what we got.
    The location and the staff who were really outstanding
    The room was a bit strange. Flight of stairs that went to the upper floor right next to the door and had to watch our heads every time we went into the room. The room itself had a very strange design. And the breakfast which is so much praised on the site was totally ordinary. There is no real lobby. All would be just fine if we did not have to pay soooo much for the room.

    Great location, great accomodating staff. We asked for a few minutes from the checkout time due to an appointment and they really helped us. very friendly.

    Centrally located. Would have gone for bigger room. Strasbourg is small. Staying near the train station would have been
    Central Location
    The less expensive attic room cannot fit someone over 6 feet and neither does the bed. The hotel should warn tall travelers about this. Room very dusty and kept me sneezing all night. Young bearded man at reception should smile and be more welcoming towards guests. We pay for the room and we expect politeness. Not rudeness.
