    This boutique hotel in R�gent Contades, BW Premier Collection is highly recommended. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great bathrooms and separate toilets. The breakfast is enjoyable, though there is a great breakfast cafe nearby. The hotel also offers locked storage for bikes and secure parking. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay.

    Hotel was ok for a one night stay.
    Within walking distance of the cathedral.
    Hotel did not look or feel like a four star hotel. We were on a trip throughout Europe and this hotel was fine but not exceptional.

    Great spot for an authentic stay in Strasbourg, but beware the bed.
    Location, rooms, staff. I really like the location -- some may not as it is North of the cathedral and away from the train station, but I preferred it as it gave you a sense of being in a neighborhood out of the touristy areas. Great food options nearby.
    The bed. Our mattress was akin to sleeping in a ditch -- we both kept rolling toward the center. Note to hotel: Check which room we were in and replace the mattress. My daughter who slept on the pullout couch also complained about her experience, but you kind of expect those to be hit or miss.

    Great location, walking distance from all the attractions, especially from all the Christmas markets. The room was spacious with an amazing view to the cathedral. We enjoyed our short stay!

    Great hotel, Nice Location, Disinterested staff.
    The Room was large, clean and nicely appointed. Bed was very comfortable. The luggage load in is basically dragging your bags down a flight of steps, then up the elevator and over a few more short flights of steps as the floor levels are split in the older building. No assistance from the staff and yet this is a 4 star hotel. The view of the Church of the Redeemer is spectacular. Great location to walk the canal and the breakfast was very nice.
    Lack of interest of the staff was very apparent. No one interested in the lounge, was empty all the time. Was still a great visit to this hotel.

    It is very elegant and well decorated hotel. Hotel staff are very helpful and kind. The room is very comfortable and breakfast is very good.

    Gracious, comfortable hotel
    Rgent Contades is a welcoming, gracious hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood shopping street, a block away, offers several good restaurants and the tram line.
    Could have had a few more electrical outlets for charging phones etc.

    Wonderful hotel - clean, quiet, comfortable, and very conveniently located with easy access to the tram. Would absolutel
    The room was large, very quiet and comfortable. It was also very close to a tram stop so the location was very convenient.
    A very small thing - the hair dryer in our room did not work well at all as it would overheat and shut off after using it for less than 30 seconds.
