Pools: 10/10 Seven Pools were well done, one round kids pool with a trampoline to jump from into the water (1m depth). Another shallow pool next to it with slides. A 3rd pool which was very long, started shallow (1m) going deep (2m) and going shallow again (10cm?). Activities throughout the day were given in this main pool, like aqua-gym, running on a mat and jumping into the pool for kids. It was allowed to use your inflatables in the main pool. On another side of the resort (Playa part) there were 3 more pools, which were more orientated at couples without kids. Lowest pool was the least deep, middle pool was middle-deep and upper pool was very deep (2.5m). Star prestige pool on the rooftop is very small and not worth the extra price. There is a better view from the other rooftop which has a bar.
Events 9/10: Every night there were themed events a the main stage outside, between 21:15 -22:15. One night theme was Disney, another night Water (more about the environment) and one night Frozen (movie). For kids is was amazing. I noticed sound quality was very good (not to loud, good sound system - compared to Iberostar Playa de Muro). For parents/couples it was nice to have.
Service 9/10 Almost everyone had a smile on their face and were professional and said good morning etc. If you asked for a cappuccino from the espresso machine, that was not an issue even though it took time and there was a queue of people wanting something from the bar. Animation team was very nice, chatting to everyone and approachable.
Activities 8/10: Also there was aqua gym every day, yoga almost every morning (instructor Kate was very good), sometimes spinning classes. They had a gym which had airco and new equipment.
