Exceptional

As per normal everything was perfect.

Breakfast was good plenty of variety and fresh.

We have stayed in various Ibis hotels across Europe and they have always been absolute value for money pleasant staff good clean rooms and comfortable beds which is essential when you are travelling from city to city.

Friendly and helpful staff clean and comfortable stay where pets are welcome.

Pet friendly and good parking

The variety on offer for the breakfast was not up to the level of choice we have experienced on previous stays.

Very good

Very handy for the ferry without actually being in the port area.

We have visited before and it was great to see the same staff.

We are not at all dog-friendly so hope the room we had not had a dog in it, but as it was very clean, we wont know

Good hotel excellent for Brittany Ferries. We will return

Large clean room with comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. There is a big car park, but we were advised to get there before 1700hrs. That was good advice as the car park soon filled up after we arrived. We arrived about 1630hrs and checked in quickly. When we went out at around 1730hrs there was a large queue to check in and the car park was almost full.

We had no dislikes at all.

Very comfortable and lovely staff. Good value for money. It is not in bilbao but outskirts and in front of a huge shopping mall (Good for end of vacation shopping).
