Clean room, comfortable bed, good location, friendly stuff during check in/out.

Tiny room for a family of 3. Two persons could not move around on the same time, no space. No desk, no real closet, just one chair. Had to work with my laptop on the caffe/lobby but before midnight they said I should leave (!) because they wanted to clean up the area for the next day.

Good value for money.

Good value for money. Great location close to the city centre, hence no need to use public transport (Bilbao in general is a very walkable town).

A small table would be useful but otherwise ok.

Good enough to meet your expectations, lovely personel.

The location is very good, with important points within a maximum of a 15-minute walking distance. The staff is particularly helpful, especially regarding transportation. They are very friendly and understanding. The breakfast was delicious, and I recommend taking the room with breakfast included.

Room cleaning is done every two days, and, overall, it was well-cleaned, but the dirty cups were not replaced. When going, you should have your toothbrush and personal care items with you as they are not provided in the room, such as cotton and cotton swabs. However, there is shampoo, shower gel, and soap available.
