Steve & Victoria the owners have been mindful of the smallest requirements of the guests including tips for wandering around nearby areas with top 5 suggestions even taxi numbers,vibe of the room was very cosy and calm,bathroom was hygienic and well kept.They were easily approachable on Whatsapp or on phone call.All and all one must look Forward to staying here in Windermere.Wish could have stayed for day more.

Nice location midway between Bowness and Windermere. Self check in was welcome and easy. Clean and warm. Proper coffee provided which was a bonus.

A wonderful stay!

Our room was spotless. Really nice en suite bathroom. Plenty on the hospitality tray. Absolutely no problem parking on the road. Just a short walk into Bowness, where there is a huge variety of restaurants (we chose Bodegas on both nights).

Not a thing to gripe about!
