    Excellent facilities in a great location. Close to lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. Will definitely be returning.

    Nice hotel, but the bed was so uncomfortable, didnt sleep well and we both had lower back pain.

    Pleasant enough stay, too expensive with no breakfast option. Ive stayed in cleaner rooms for half the price for a one
    They accommodated us by giving us a ground floor
    I didnt feel it was a superior room as there was nothing superior about it. No bathrobes, no milk, one chair,one hot chocolate sachet. No breakfast, and the bathroom and towel rail and extractor fan could have been cleaned. Dust in the room and bed not made properly

    Great location. Parking available. Nice bedroom with a fridge. Located right between Windermere and Bowness, couldnt be better! Room was very comfy and very clean. Breakfast was delicious! thanks Debbie Owen was super friendly!!!! He kindly suggested walks and places to eat and have a drink. Always with a big smile! Highly recommended!!!! We will definitely be back!
