    BYPILLOW Irala is a hotel-boutique located in the quarter of the picturesque Iralabarri neighborhood. The hotel is centrally located only 20 minutes walk from the Guggenheim Museum, and a few minutes walk from the International Exhibition Center. BYPILLOW Irala has carried out an Integral reform of the old establishment (Hotel Vista Alegre) and has room types for all types of clients, all of them equipped with flat screen TV, electric kettle, air conditioning and heating, bathroom, shower and hairdryer.     Bad organization, not perfect location but clean rooms.

    The bad organization. Theres no one at the front desk until 14h. They say they are available at two different phone numbers but its not true. I called like 10 times and no one replied. They didnt even called me back. I also booked the parking and because no one was there to tell me where the parking was nor to give me the key to access it, I had to find a new parking in the last very second. It was a really bad beginning.

    Accommodation suitable for backpackers rather than business trips.
    The room was small but cozy. The accommodation included a shared bright room for work. The lady at the reception couldn't print anything for me, but she very willingly arranged for me to have it printed at a nearby stationery shop.
    The location did not seem very safe and the reception was only open after two o'clock in the afternoon. The room was quite dark and there was a very small desk. There were no reasonable eating options in the vicinity of the accommodation.

    Very cosy and modern gem.
    Cosy yet modern hotel, good location, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room, . Overall really good. We were positively surprised. They also gave us a family room instead of the triple room we booked. Very nice gesture.
    We really liked the property. What we have noticed - in Spanish hotels in general - is that the soundproofing isnt always the best. Bring earplugs.

    Cute hotel with good price-value.
    Nice little hotel. The bed was really comfortable. The location is good and one can visit the city easily from here. The decoration is simple but with taste, making the stay pleasant.
    Although it didnt say in the booking, we got an interior room and we expected an exterior one. Besides, the room had half windows (basement-like), so the room was quite dark although on the other hand it was quiet and inviting for sleeping in.

    Super cute, modern place, perfect size. Only 10-15 min walk from all the action. Also the huge coworking/study space was really nice.
    Only thing was that the TV remote didnt work, but that couldve been easily fixed Im sure.

    Cozy little room if you a looking for a place to stay in Bilbao
    The room was super clean and small but cozy. It had a huge TV.
    It's not in the city center so everything took us a 15 min walk to get to. Also, the front desk only works from 2pm, which is odd.
