This is our first time using the family room. It was horrible due to extremely bad maintenance of the toilet. It was dis

Toilet was dirty. Drainage clogged. Water didnt drain properly. Toilet gets flooded after shower. Toilet bowl was not properly and efficiently working. Room in bad condition w droppings. The jacuzzi should be removed. Poor air circulation.
