There were lots of activities for the kids and the staff were great. The bed was comfortable, and the islands are a short boat ride away. Felt very festive and Christmasy. We have 3 kids and took the horizon club package. The lounge was great and the food and drinks provided worked very well. They had a small kids room in the lounge so my wife and I could have a drink while the kids played. The water park is fantastic and a hit with the kids. Overall the rooms were clean and I would recommend the hotel.
The TV in our room did not have access to Netflix, YouTube etc. This meant that we couldn't really watch TV in the evening. There are about 20 local channels available.

Booked through Booking.com for the reservation but need to pay directly to the hotel and when I paid, the cost is much expensive than what I reserved. They also do mot allow accumulation of points for 3rd party booking done. Next time, all reservations for Shangrila hotels need to be made directly to hotel which also comes out cheaper

This is our x'th time (cannot remember how many time we have stayed here), the breakfast spread was good, pool was big and since i have a toddler, it was nice to have the kids area where 2 hours just passed by just like that. Our big kids also enjoyed the playroom area where they have PS4 and nintendo switch, along with a pool table and foosball.
