there was a shocking smell in our room. it was almost unbearable
we brought it to the attention of reception during our stay and on departure to which they responded they would look into it. no apology , we paid all its 500 a night to stay in a room that smelled awful.

STAY WAS GOOD AND ESTEPONA IS LOVELY
WE HAD TO UPGRADE FROM A JUNIOR SUITE TO A GRAND SUITE AS THE JUNIOR SUITE LOCATION AND SIZE IS NOT AS EXPECTED.
A CHOICE OF RESTAURANTS. ONLY ONE RESTAURANT FOR 2 WEEKS IS BORING.

Perfect, relaxing stay, nice beach restaurant
Everything was nice. Nice welcome into the hotel. Helpful at reception, lovely lobby area. Spacious rooms, great balcony. Beautiful pool area with nice grounds. Promenade right outside the hotel which was lovely to walk or cycle to Estepona.

outdoor pool and indoor pool with spa facilities were great, grounds were well laid out and well kept, the beach side restaurant was a very relaxing place to eat
there were no USB charging points anywhere in the room which is surprisingly out dated for a hotel which is presented to a high standard, the marketing department needs to be more upfront regarding range of offers for stay
