    Great location in the hustle and bustle of the city, great staff and lovely clean rooms.
    The hotel is very centrally located. You walk out the door and you are in the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would recommend.
    the hotel is on a main road and you can slightly hear cars driving by.

    Very loud, can hear cars honk all the time of day. The bedsheets looked dusty.

    A great choice of stay in Amman
    - I love the location very much, it is so close to the downtown and Roman theatre. There is a fresh market just right behind the hotel but it is not noisy at all. - The room is cozy and beautiful. Reception area looks like a museum, very pretty. - The staff is helpful and I was upgraded from a twin room to one bed room with a street view. Thank you for doing that.

    This is first hotel from many I have booked and cannot recommend. Sorry.
    location very close to main attractions.
    Room I'd reveived was narrow. Toilet very uncomfortable door can crash your foot when you sit on toilet. Dirty. Man who park the rental car made a damage.

    The rooms were well equipped with all the things I needed and very clean. The staff were all very nice. Particularly Nader was very kind, he assisted me in placing an order through his personal phone and also would assist me with a wakeup call at a very early hour. He also suggested places for me to visit and gave me valuable recommendations.

    Had a wonderful stay there would definitely book again
    The staff is very nice and considerate. We arrived very late and my mother was very tired and they gave us the key room right away which was ready for us and told us its okay to pay the next day. Its very clean and they take care of the details of everything you might need. The location is perfect next to everything in the city center you can walk to everything if you dont mind hiking (amman is built on 7 mountains).
    The open buffet of the hotel wasnt very good.

    New structure, good value
    Hotel has been recently built or renewed, you can see everything is new. Nice room, nice bathroom, nice common areas and restaurant on top. Breakfast was not excellent but still good. Is is very close to historical places in Amman.

    A very nice hotel close to everything in the center of Amman
    The hotel is very clean and room was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Souk Al Sukar and other attractions such ad Roman Theatre. The hotel receptionist was very helpful in advising me about the local shops.
    Nothing really especially with the great price that I paid for it.
