    Staff need some customer training
    Clean and good view over the city if you stay in the Tower Building but the main building rooms are tired dark and cold.
    The majority of the staff seemed very miserable and unhelpful especially the female on reception who refused to call a taxi for me to go to the airport saying she didnt have the app and to just stand outside and wait! The location is out of town and no passing taxis. I had to ask another member of staff who simply called the hotel taxi service and although tried to overcharge me I negotiated it down.

    Stayed at the Mena Tyche twice over the course of my trip in Jordan. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, breakfast had a great choice and there was also a bar downstairs that served food at night. Great that bottled water was provided every day so you didnt get to constantly buy it. Aya at Reception was particularly friendly and helpful and even gave me a free upgrade to an Executive Suite for my last 2 nights. The room was huge and was a great way to end my trip!
    Location in the middle of a residential area so not near anything but it was very easy and cheap to use Uber to get around.

    Excellent stay here. My room was upgraded to a suite on both visits. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room as very clean and comfortable.
