Staff need some customer training

Clean and good view over the city if you stay in the Tower Building but the main building rooms are tired dark and cold.

The majority of the staff seemed very miserable and unhelpful especially the female on reception who refused to call a taxi for me to go to the airport saying she didnt have the app and to just stand outside and wait! The location is out of town and no passing taxis. I had to ask another member of staff who simply called the hotel taxi service and although tried to overcharge me I negotiated it down.
