The location of the hotel is very nice and easy to access all major facility in Jordan

Staff are very friendly, and the value for money is very good

Facilities are old, the bathroom shower doesn't work well, and the room phone is not working, I had to contact the reception from my mobile, the towels are old, overall the hotel needs better maintenance

The location itself is great, located among other big hotels and some restaurants near by. Not too far from the airport. The breakfast options were okay, but nothing special.
