    Goergeous spa nestled in a quiet mountain top.
    The view was incredible and the spa was better than I imagined.
    Food at the bar and restaurants was ok, but could have been better. Prices were steep.

    What a view
    The location is incredible and its worth paying more for a view. The spa was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
    The bed/pillow combination wasn't particularly comfortable. The aperitivo was a bit meagre.

    Loved it. Top staff, awesome spa. Hotel interior a bit old fashioned (but it has a lot of history). On the other hand very clean and in great condition.

    Perfect place to enjoy the nature and the places around Lake Lugano, both in Switzerland and Italy.
    Our room on the top floor had a large and open terrace, offerring a lot of light through its floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and a spectacular wide view to Lugano and its lake. In the morning you could just watch the clouds lifting and clearing the horizon. | The room had adequate size and it was well equipped. | Large and tasty selection for the (included) breakfast. | Parking was on site, close to the hotel entrance. |

    Spectacular view, exceptional SPA facilities, great breakfasts, nice, clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view, professional staff.
    Maybe the only thing that I can say I wasn't a great fan of was the restaurant, although I would say our experience wasn't as bad as some of the comments on google. However, I would say it is surely overpriced, even with the Swiss price standards. To be fair, the food was good, but nothing special, and the service was also good.
