Disappointing

Terrible English , staff did not communicate well, staff cold and uncaring Breakfast for a 4 star hotel was poor, anyone that thinks otherwise does not know any better, cold eggs, no omelette station, no salmon , no avacardo, the list can go on, 4 star properties have a large buffet in the USA and middle east, rich Buffett, not here poor, no gym, no business Center These are 4 star qualities , facilities Nice rooms , nice hotel overall, but staff and management attitude sucks

Superb

Breakfast Buffet was very good with lots of different variety of food. The room was great with a beautiful view to the Lake and over Paradiso Lugano. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked within the Room. We felt very comfortable and welcomed by the Staff.

The Bed was a little hard, we told the Reception and they solved the problem and gave us a Topper which made the bed comfortable. So everything was perfect.
