Very good

Quiet region, easily reach black forest on foot. Enough space for the bad and bathroom and nice breakfast.

Not really in Baden-Baden. You can only take bus or drive to the hotel.

Exceptional

Couldn't be more satisfied, the best stayed ever!!

All staffs were welcomed, so nice and very kind. We got a room as we requested, room was very clean, cozy, calm and the balcony with nice view. They also provided the place for car parking and when we checked out, they offered us a little complimentary. So impressive :) Surely we will come back to this hotel again. Happy New Year!!

Unfortunately a poor experience

The breakfast is quite good. Right in the back of the hotel, one can access a trail to the surrounding hills - a quite beautiful view if the weather is nice.

The booking web page for this hotel leaves much to be desired regarding informing properly what to expect. We booked two rooms. We had no idea that the second room would actually be located in a separate Guest House. One needs to go through the outside to actually reach the lobby and breakfast area. Much less than ideal, especially with rainy weather. I wouldn't have complained if I knew about this beforehand. Also, in the confirmation message we have been informed that this room would be on the ground level. This was important for us as one family member has a light disability and difficulty walking. It was not - it was located in the first level, whilst the other room in the second level. Finally, we were counting on the restaurant for at least some of our dinner plans - it is clearly announced in the booking web page that this hotel has a restaurant. It was closed during our entire stay! No info about this anywhere. It made our plans really difficult. Please reflect properly what you are offering in the hotel booking profile, to give visitors a chance to choose somewhere else!

The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The location is just 10 mins drive from centre of Baden Baden. The room is spacious and comfy.

Exceptional

Amazing location...peaceful..the room was spacious and the bathroom even more..very comfortable beds and a very warm room ..we loved it..the breakfast was really satisfying..

I can't complain about anything actually..if I ever visit that part of Germany I would definitely return to that hotel
