Would recommend to anyone looking for a good base to visit Loch Ness , culloden or inverness

Stayed overnight as a stopover on our road trip so the location was ideal for us as 20 mins from Loch Ness and close to culloden, good price & great WiFi & clean comfortable beds as well free access to the onsite swimming pool/ steam room which was great esp for the kids

Our rooms were 4 up & overlooked the bins , so our view of the surrounding area was far from scenic but for the price I paid its the only negative

Staff friendly, tidy & clean room.

Mattress was quite hard. Woken at 3am in the morning by drunk men shouting about in the hallway banging doors.

Disappointing about the standard & quality of the room

Size of the rooms suitable for a family . The toiletries were good

The room was not clean. Had hairs in the bath and up the walls . A earring was found on the bathroom floor beside the bin which was not clean either . The room was old and tired looking . Paintwork and woodwork all scuffed, coming away from the wall and rotting . Not enough power sockets in the second room . There was not enough towels in the room for us & we had to make the second bed up ourselves We didnt receive our vouchers for our drinks or coffees. There was no water in the room or snacks in the fridge and not enough milk in the room
