    Lovely Hotel, Perfect location
    One of our highlights of our 2 month tour of Europe is the location of this hotel.This hotel in Lisbon is great value for the money. Perfect location to walk to most attractions, bus station, metro. Right outside your door are more restaurants and shops than you can imagine. The tram goes right by, if you want to take a ride. For all of this, it is relatively quiet at night. We walked in the evening, and always felt very safe in this neighbourhood. I would recommend this hotel.

    The location is great! The hotel looks beautiful from the outside. The room I had was very dark and kind of old school. Could use some renovation tbh. The bed was very basic but it was ok.

    Pleasant few days in Lisbon. Shame the hotel doesnt have a seating area in the lobby
    Comfortable bed good shower hotel in good location helpful staff
    We changed rooms as the first one was small and the balcony doors opened straight into a wall so there was no daylight in the room. We had to pay extra but felt it was worth it for a more enjoyable experience.

    Hotel is ok but Avoid room 105 !
    Clean - most of the staff is nice- nice restaurants recommendations from the lady at the reception.
    Bed was broken, instable and extremely squeaky - my room had no day light - no tea or coffee in the room- Bed cover was dirty and covered in previous guest hair !! I got offered to change room for an additional fee of 160 ( 40 per night)- staff was polite but in this specific case really unhelpful - frankly disappointing

    A Perfect Stopover
    The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Lisbon and close to everything. The windows from my room looked out onto the bustling streets and cafes below. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient.
