Very good

Los Gatos is a nice town and the Garden Inn is within walking distance to the trails and town.

The location & that it is a boutique smaller hotel

Needs some maintenance. They were painting the outside of the building when I was visiting.

Meh, kind of dump with rude staff. Light a natch to this place!

I had some charm and is right in the heart of downtown.

Its a little run down, the bed was not comfortable at all and the lady working in the morning was so rude and unfriendly to me that I would probably never stay here. What a nasty woman! Maybe choose who you hire a little better.
