Convenient comfortable place that needs some upgrading
Pool area was once very hip but now is looking really tired. Hot tub was not 100% clean or hot.
I didnt love the location and the hotel restaurant was way overpriced

Great hotel in Santa Cruz. Great Value, stylish, comfortable.
Have stayed at the Paradox several time .Nice hotel in a good location in Santa Cruz, we are fans. Rooms are very comfy and clean. Amenities are great, restaurant is also very good.

Parking charge was 25$, not 10$
It said breakfast included but we got a voucher for the restaurant which barely covered half of the cost.

As expected: comfortable bed, clean room. Appreciate the filtered water. Reception was very nice this time: friendly and offered a choice of floors
Sink drained very slowly. Corner was l paper was fraying. Hope maintenance and upkeep will be good
