Good but could have been better for the price

Didn't have breakfast Location was excellent as we were in town to see a show at the Comedy Theatre.

The room was too hot for us overnight. We couldn't lower the temperature and there was no way of getting any fresh air. I slept poorly. We spoke with front desk staff about this on leaving and were told management was aware of the issue as it was a common complaint. We decided not to have breakfast and rang the front desk to tell them we wouldn't be having breakfast expecting this would result in a reduction in our room charge but we were still charged for breakfasts on checkout.
