Nice hotel, you could have really good view if you are lucky, decent breakfast, room service staff and cleaning lady super polite and friendly.
No gluten free bread section at the breakfast and tables are far away from food section
Room food service is quite slow ( approximately 45min )
I payed extra for a room with a sea view and they first gave me a view half restricted by the other building not sure what is the difference between premium and just simple double room.. but it took me an hour convo and walking around with hospitality manager to actually get the room I paid extra with a view advertise.. do not understand why they sell a lot of rooms with full sea view if they do not have enough for reservations.. they should create an option for people who are happy to book half restricted sea view
To get a taxi ordered by hotel Reception on New Years Eve was impossible.

Great hotel, shame about the surroundings!
Fantastic hotel, very comfortable beds, probably the best ever with a good choice of pillows.
Marred by the building site view next door from our balcony and the fact that the pavements are all dug up and in the process of being re-paved. Made getting anywhere a hassle and was quite frankly dangerous in some places. I feel we should have been advised of this when we booked.
The other oddity was the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom was glass covered with a white cotton curtain, it meant anyone using the bathroom at night lit up the bedroom too! Very strange!

Really lovely stay. Super clean, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast to start the day. The bed was really comfortable and a lovely bathroom and balcony. Will stay again in the future.

Nothing! The only thing would be that at no point does it advertise that the spa is at extra charge to hotel guests that was a bit of a surprise but still well worth the cost it was a lovely experience all round

Absolutely fabulous, hotel is stunning. Couldnt fault anything.
Stunning interiors, fabulous views across the marina, great location. Loved the circular swing chair in the bedroom! So clean and staff were excellent.
