The only positive comment I have is that the staff were all polite and courteous.

The staff were polite and courteous.

Bed was extremely hard, hotel staff after first night assisted by putting basically a quilt on top of the mattress to make more comfortable, but for a 4 star hotel this was way below standard expected. This has to reflect on senior management for not ensuring hotel is up to necessary standard.

Food was just okay, friendly staffs but poor English, clean, spacious room

Quiet, private beach, friendly staffs and they remembered our breakfast preference.

Staffs need to improve English, jacuzzi out of service during our stay (8 days), front desk doesn't provide tour services and money exchange

Beautiful rooms and incredible private beach.

Beds werent the most comfortable and the debris from the trees hit the patio windows very loud every night, not the hotels fault. Just very scary.

Very good

The Breakfast was great, room and bed as well as the comfy bar at the beach. Personal was always friendly.

Didn't find a laundry bag in my Room. Showerhead and rain shower head could use treatment with an descaling agent.
