    Very nice hotel at a central area of Porto - wonderful stay!
    Great hotel with very polite & helpful staff! The parking only has 8 parking spaces but there was another nearby for which we had a reduction, so in the end the total cost was much lower.
    The size of our bouble room happened to be a bit small but otherwise the room was perfect!

    Disapointed. The room is small and bathroom has no place to put stuff. Shower has a tiny wall that water splushes. Very noisy outside.

    The housekeeping broke an item of ours. When we went down to complain to the receptionist, they just took the notes down and there was no follow up to this Also there are hustlers outside the hotels always loitering around. Just be careful

    The location is super convenient, though unsafe. Lots of illegal businesses going on right outside the hotel at night
    The rooms are like prison cells, the walls have no decoration and are painted in some sort of light yellow. 2 tiny windows facing the wall of a building 1 meter away. No breakfast or parking included.
