Unfortunately we wont be returning.

The location.

The daytime reception were rude. Our rooms air conditioner leaked so there was a constant dripping if we wanted to use it as well as it soaking into the carpet in which we kept accidentally stepping on. I had to ask for new towels 4 times as they were not replaced even though we left them on the floor. Each time we went to the pool there was no towels. We had to dispose of our own rubbish as it wasnt collected. We did not have access to room service for our room. There was no QR code, I asked reception and was pointed to the bistro, I asked the bistro and was told theirs nothing they can do. Id have to order downstairs, which defeats the purpose of room service. This shouldnt be a guarantee of yours if you cannot commit.

Decent stay, not worth the money. Should be a motel.

The room and beds. The room was lovely. Room service staff did a great job.

The service. The lifts werent working, none of the phones,in any rooms, were working and to call the reception you'd have to go down to see them, each time. Staff lied about this too. The staff was rude. The breakfast staff was rude, breakfast buffet refused to be refilled even if you reached in time. The plates were always dirty. Staff assistance was neglible for anything, they didn't even know the nearest car rentals etc. There are no bustops near the hotel and nothing, not even a convinience store was walking distance.
