Very good

Enjoyed the view

The view is beautiful. The pool area is nice. The bus station is nearby. The price was good. The staff was very nice.

If you want a room at a higher floor you have to pay extra (I didn't know that in advance). The bathroom at least needs to be refurbished and things that are broken to be replaced. The air-conditioning is very noisy.

quite far from the centre but its worth it if you wanna save a bit, cool staff and breakfast!!

I really liked breakfast, its worth it! The hotel is quite far from the centre but there are lots of bus stops near, one is like a few steps from it so you get anywhere on bus but in 30 min. So pay attention to it. The staff is really cool and friendly!

Id ask the cleaners to put a bit more efforts. A small room for one person and still there was hair of previous guests(((

A nightmare. Never again.

The man at the reception upon arrival was kind and helpful. Thank you.

The room had an obnoxius odour (seemed like a sewer smell). I complained to reception requesting another room. I was told my complaint had to await the manager the following morning. Incomprehensible! My wife called Booking.com to complaint. They were very helpful. They in turn tried to contact the hotel. No answer. Taking into account that the source of the odour may have been a breach in the plumbing in the bathroom, I was not prepare to risk sleeping there, so I left. The treatment received from the receptionist was unhelpful. I would question who checked the rooms! The worst experience ever.
