Disappointing

The only reason our evening was not a total disaster was because of the person I was with.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the room and parking lot was not up to the standards we felt they should have been. And our door to the room wasn't opening in the beginning so we had to wait outside for the maintenance man to come to the room twice to get the door open.

Water bugs in bathroom. No cable guide. No site information such as location of the ice machine.

Cockroach Motel

Friendly staff, quick check in

Roaches and they didn't even try to give me a refund when I talked to the clerk she offered me another room in another bldg. This to me means they know about an infestation of roaches but are too cheap to do anything about it. The managers email address is blocking people from communication. It's sad . And for 67 bucks during a weekday revamp, bomb and offer more rhan coffee. !!!!
