The owner was rude and said we were smoking in the room and kicked us out and wouldn't give us a refund for the night of the 6th and after she was done she ran my girlfriend's debit card without our permission and we had to wait for the following morning to get the money back on the card

Poor

Uneasy night, didn't get enough rest. I went tired to a job interview the next day.

The room was clean.

Room location was not convenient, upstairs in the back, I had a lot of luggage. No ele Shady people were walking in the hallway. Refrigerator didn't work. Full of water. Heating did work but it was hard to figure it out the temperature setting. It was too cold or too hot. I had to get up several times during the night to fix it.

great location. rooms clean.once we found someone for the front desk she was very nice and helped up with every issue that came up. r4

where couldn't find the breakfast area and had to go to another hotel to find someone to check us in. the room was out of date but bed comfortable and room clean and no elevator

Disappointing

Short staffed No breakfast whatsoever Remote on TV didn't work to turn on the TV. I figured out another way to turn it on. Heater did not give off any heat.
