Friendly staff and great value for money.

I showed late at the hotel due to a delayed flight. The staff were very accomating and professional during my stay. I will stay here again.

Yuk!

The first room that I was given had indentations on the bed indicating someone was napping on it. The stove burners were disassembled with burned on grease stains on the stove. I was kindly given a different room by the front desk. In the second room, bare pillows were in a jumble on the bed. Since it was late and I didnt think another room could be any better I got pillow cases at the front desk. When I put the pillow cases on the pillows, I noticed a tear in the duvet. In the bathroom there was soap or toothpaste residue on the sink. I endured the night but canceled the second night. The person at the front desk checked me out but couldnt cancel or refund the second until the manager came in later. Now I have follow up!
