    Clean and comfortable hotel stay with friendly morning staff.
    Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and tidy.
    One staff member was confusing to talk with. He couldnt give me a straight answer about securing a shuttle to the airport. Upon checkin I asked about a shuttle and he said yes we can schedule one. When I asked about scheduling one after checking in he said he had written it down, when I had seen clearly he had not. Then he opened the book and wrote it down. The next morning when I came down for my ride to the airport they didnt have me down for a shuttle, he had written it on the wrong day! The morning staff helped get me to the airport and situated on time.

    Great accommodating staff
    The staff was great, friendly, and respectful. They were able to adjust our booking to a king room instead of a double queen when asked due to an app glitch on our end, it was top notch service. It would have been perfectly acceptable to say they couldn't adjust the rooms but they went out of the way to help us.
    Unfortunately there is no breakfast service included with the room when we visited.

    Everything. It was a beautiful hotel, great location, staff was friendly, everything was very clean, beds and pillows were fabulous... we loved staying here.

    It was ok.
    Didn't have breakfast.
    The staff didn't provide me with an invoice, and there was some cashiers that were very rude and had bad attitudes. And they keep telling me that i cannot still get an invoice.

    Excellent! You'll enjoy your stay!
    Besides being very clean, warmly decorated-the staff was very helpful---I haven't had this friendly competent and gracious a staff at a hotel in a couple of years--I travel quite a bit and I usually stay 4-5 star so these people are excellent. the pool was a big hit for my grandkids every night. the restaurant and morning buffet was excellent.
    Everything was very very nice. Even the temperature was easily controlled, the laundry room was clean and working well.

    Absolutely wonderful. It is like going home.
    The breakfast was wonderful. The staff cannot be beat. They treat people like they really do care about making your stay a great experience. We stay at the Holiday Inn Rushmore Plaza every year for the Sturgis.
    I can honestly say, nothing!
