This Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Rapid City offers a great stay for $51 a night. The staff is friendly and the complimentary breakfast has a variety of good options. The rooms are clean and comforta (Read More)ble, although the sheets are a bit thin and the shower water pressure is weak. The hotel handled a fire alarm situation well. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and nearby tourist spots. Overall, it is a nice and well-maintained hotel with excellent customer service.

Disappointing

Wont choose this option again.

Mostly well maintained and moderately updated.

Lazy cleanliness. Furniture was thickly-covered in cat hair and Im allergic to cats. Made for an unpleasant night. Staff is extremely young and apathetic.

Everything was great with the exception of the neighborhood the hotel is in.

Everything was great. Except the parking lot. There were a few people in a car that were sitting there for an uncomfortable period of time.

Great place for a very reasonable price overall.

the room was very nice and comfortable. The amenities were good. It needs a new coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a nice assortment of choices.

The hot tub was closed. That was one thing we looked for as we were there for a physical therapy appointment. That was not disclosed until you entered the pool area.

Loved the Hotel

Everything was clean smelling throughout the hotel. Inside/Outside was beautifully decorated. The ladies at the reservation desk were so sweet! Breakfast counters were immaculately clean, done with a touch of class. The king bed was plush with (6) very nicely stuffed pillows, couch/chair. We will always stay at this hotel.

Clean and in a good location, and it has its own bath products.

No hot rub and the WiFi wouldnt work, slow. Unable to get my studies in.
