Pretty much everything else. We were met with a massive itinerary, to which some items were missing. I started going through it, but this was time consuming and after a while decided that this was not what I was on holiday for. Initial things missing included a wine glass, 2 bath sheets, a torch, 1 bread knife and a garden chair. This list however is not exhaustive and I wasn't going to spend too much time searching for things. The living space and kitchen looked very tired and in desperate need of renovation. cabinets were held together with screws and surfaces peeling The doors on said cabinets did not fit well and had to be coaxed to close. The kitchen had a carpeted floor and in the living area, mats appeared to be stuck down. The sofa and chair had a 'throw' over them, for reason we found later that they had been terribly and poorly recovered from different materials. Sitting on the sofa/chair pulled down the throw. The chalets drop leaf table was broken and unusable due to a vital missing piece. Utensils were very cheap and poor, and the cooker looked old and tired although it worked, unlike two of the spot lights in the kitchen. I know this could be a good property but needs serious attention. chalet decor was poor with peeling wallpaper. For all of this, I resented paying a 200 breakage deposit. Incidentally, we neither damaged, broke, lost or stole anything.
